We purchased the a/c unit to build a portable cart to cool the interiors in the corporate jets we maintain.Brenda was extremly helpful in assisting us with determining our needs (btus / cooling capacity / input power requirements ect. ect.) We have the unit mountedon a cart and can roll it right up to the airplanes - it is performing flawlessly. When we recieved and uncrated the unit it was not what we were led to believe from the pictures on the website (inlet and outlet openings were very different) Brenda helped us to verify that we had recieved the correct unit from the factory (the design had changed - just not the spec. sheets on the website) with her help we were able to adapt the unit for our very specific needs. Several other shops have expressed an interest in building a similar cart - we happily pass along Brendas contact information. Hopefully this unit will last us for years - but when it comes time to replace AC Overstock will absolutely get the call.

From the time I made my first phone call to AC Overstock till I received my purchase I believe it was Brenda Perkins who handled my purchase with what I thought was someone who I knew like a Ma n Pa store in my home town. She greeted me like I was her first customer and continued to treat me in such a way I told my wife, if everybody was like Brenda in the retail world it would be a better place. I had several questions which for the most part she answered if she didn t know, she said she would find out and get back with me. She did, and if i might add, very promptly. Thank you Brenda for making my purchase a pleasing one. As far as the product I bought, which was a Mitsubishi Ductless Sytem, im very impressed with it. I, installed it all myself, except charging the system. The head unit that is located inside my room is so quiet, but not as quiet as the compressor which was installed outside. It is so quiet I have to look to see if the fan blades are turning and this is no exaggeration. Yes, I would reccommend this product if I was asked. Again thanks to ACOverstock for making my purchase a pleasant one.

Brenda was so nice. She was so nice, I thought she must be a "scammer". That's me, I guess. But I found out differently. Such a "sweetiepie"! But you probably want to hear how efficient and helpful she was, and that is all true. The furnace was delivered on time, without any problems whatsoever. We want to thank you for all the help that you and your company gave us in deciding about the furnace we bought from you.We had lots of questions for the right size unit for our new addition to our house and you answered them all or found the answer and got back to us.When we received the order (which came very quickly) the fan blade was damaged. My husband contacted you and sent you the requested information and just as quickly as the whole furnace came, the replacement part came! You paid for the return shipping of the damaged fan blade. The furnace, I should say the entire unit works great! We will be passing word around about ACOverstock and what a great company you are.Should we need anything else we will definitely be calling you!

It is great that you should send an email just a week after I finally had the furnace installed! So far it is working fine and I will let you know if there are any problems. I’m anxious to see the savings on energy costs. We had an old oil fired furnace that was rated @ 73% efficient your Goodman furnace is rated @ 96.7%. Thanks for your follow up!
I was glad to receive the AC Cage Guard. There has been a lot of copper thief in this area, and it is still going on. Even though several have been caught it is still going on. My old unit, (17 years old) was also taken. So they had to install everything new, as what was left was not compatible with the units on the market today. Now I have a new unit with the guard in place. As far as the damage with the shipping, there is no way you had any control of that. I understand these problems. I too work for a printing manufacture and one time we worked weeks to finish a job put it on a truck and the truck has a wreak and everything is destroyed. It is going to happen. I do not feel any animosity toward your company or the one that shipped it. And if in the future I need to order something that you have I will have no problem in placing that order with you. I have even told others about the AC Guard and gave them your Company's E-Mail address. I am looking forward to your new web site.Sincerely,
