Warranty Guidelines for www.acoverstock.com
All equipment purchases made must be installed by a licensed/certified contractor. Each manufacturer warranty requires that a licensed contractor perform the installation in order for any or all warranties to be in effect. If any equipment is installed by a non-certified installer, any if all warranties shall be null and void per manufacturer guidelines. CCD American Enterprises, LLC is a retail distributor of HVAC equipment and supplies and does not offer any warranty other than that provided by the indicated manufacturer. In the event that a warranty claim arises, the homeowner shall contact CCD American Enterprises OR Installer to originate claim. Information needed to be provided include but are not limited to model and serial number information with accompanying proof of purchase, installation, and warranty registration documentation. All items required for warranty claim must be made available in order for claim to be processed. CCD American Enterprises shall contact the manufacturer and make proper notification of claim. CCD American Enterprises shall act upon the directive of manufacturer. If claim is approved and is within guidelines set forth, CCD American Enterprises shall charge customer warranty part. Customer will be refunded once original warranty item is received by CCD American Enterprises. Shipping charges will be waived during the first 30 days from the date of original purchase. Any shipping charges incurred during the period AFTER the 30 days period shall be the responsibility of the customer. NO LABOR COSTS associated with any warranty claim will be covered under any circumstance.
CCD American Enterprises LLC is not responsible or liable for any warranty related claims for equipment sold. Any and all claims shall be made according to warranty guidelines set forth by the respective manufacturer. In the event that the purchaser needs any assistance in retrieving information regarding their equipment purchase, CCD American Enterprises shall provide any available information to original purchaser upon written request. CCD American Enterprises is not to be held responsible for any costs associated with a manufacturer warranty claim such as damages caused by loss of use, shipping costs, labor, or any other event in which is a direct result of the warranty claim. CCD American Enterprises, acting as the dealer; shall provide any assistance to the original purchaser regarding the submittal and request for warranty. CCD American Enterprises is acting ONLY as a liaison between purchaser and manufacturer and is not able to make any decisions related to the warranty claim. Purchaser is to understand this structure and abide by it in the event that warranty claim is denied due to event not being covered by manufacturer’s warranty. It is important for purchaser to be aware of guidelines as it pertains to warranty to ensure that event qualifies and is within compliance as per manufacturer requirements.
